The company

DryGuard is the leak-proof underwear line from Dry Guard Co. We design the product, own the specification, sell it direct from this website, and handle every support request ourselves. There is no reseller layer and no marketplace storefront.

Selling direct is a deliberate choice: it is what makes bundle pricing possible without a retail margin, and what lets us refund pairs you have already worn without asking you to post used underwear back.

How the product is made

The three-layer construction is our specification. Production runs with audited garment manufacturers in Asia — the same facilities that produce for established performance-apparel labels — under standards covering worker conditions and chemical safety.

Every batch is checked before it enters US inventory: capacity is tested against the 30 ml rating, and the bonded leak barrier is inspected for delamination. Batches that fail do not ship.

What we design for

The brief we set ourselves was narrow, and it explains most of the product decisions.

• Absorbs a full stress-leak release, up to 30 ml, without a wet feeling
• A 3 mm core so nothing shows under leggings or fitted trousers
• Urine-specific odour neutralisation rather than added fragrance
• 200+ wash cycles at full capacity, so the cost amortises properly
• Looks and feels like ordinary underwear — no medical-supply aesthetic

What we are not

DryGuard is absorbent apparel, not a medical device, and we make no medical claims. It does not treat or cure incontinence. If leaks are new, worsening, or accompanied by pain, see a clinician — pelvic floor physiotherapy resolves a large share of stress incontinence and no underwear substitutes for it.
